Can two shades of grey be considered one color?

Or are shades of grey considered more than just black ink

Good afternoon Mr. MsDonnell,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Gray is considered 1 ink color. Black is also considered 1 ink color.

Two shades of gray can be considered 1 ink color if you specify in the order comments you want both shades of gray to be 1 ink color. If however you have 2 Pantone grey inks, then it will be considered a 2 color job.

If you have any additional questions before or while placing your order please feel free to contact us at 877-683-5673, Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM ET.

Thank you and have a good day.

Sincerely,
